You choose a piece, pick your size and finish, then share your photo with us at checkout or on WhatsApp. You can also add a personal message to be printed or engraved on the back. We take it from there and craft your piece to match exactly what you ordered.
A clear, good quality image works best. Phone photos are completely fine for most sizes. Please send the original file rather than a screenshot or a heavily forwarded copy, since that keeps the most detail. For larger pieces, a higher resolution image gives the sharpest result. If you are unsure, send it over first and we will check it for you before you commit.
Often, yes. We can clean up scratches, faded colour and minor damage on many older photographs. Send us the image and we will tell you honestly what is possible before you place the order.
Because every piece is made to order, we usually dispatch within three to five working days. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer, and we will always let you know the timeline up front. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location within India.
Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹1,499. For smaller orders a modest flat rate applies, shown clearly at checkout. Every order is packed in protective layers and shipped insured with tracking.
We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged or flawed, we will reprint and reship it at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the issue within seven days of delivery and we will sort it out quickly.
Since each piece is made uniquely for you with your own photo, personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. That said, if there is a fault on our side or the item differs from what you ordered, we will always make it right.

Absolutely. Add their address as the delivery address and let us know it is a gift. We include complimentary gift wrapping and can add a personal note from you, with no pricing shown inside the parcel.
Very little effort needed. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth when it gathers dust, and keep it out of harsh direct sunlight for the longest lasting colour. It is built to be durable, but a soft touch keeps that glassy finish flawless.
